Sr. Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer

As a Sr. Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer, plays a key role in the delivery of high-quality mechanical design solutions across building services projects including commercial and Residential Buildings. Operating under limited supervision, taking ownership of defined project tasks and leading projects from concept through to completion. Take ownership of defined Mechanical design packages and manage mid-to-large projects independently. Preparation of project schedule & effort estimation Lead or support Mechanical design tasks, including Heat & Colling load calculations, equipment selection, schematics, layouts and schedules. Prepare, maintain and organize the project design files like Design Basis Report, Specifications, Calculations reports, ensuring adherence to company standards and documentation practices. Mechanical design with BIM Project management, as well as MEP Coordination duties that include checking & reviewing of all delivery submissions, Team supervision, etc.
