The Sr Marketing Manager - Real Estate will oversee and execute innovative marketing strategies, lead campaigns, and optimize branding efforts to attract clients and investors. Responsibilities include market research, campaign planning, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and collaborating with sales teams to meet organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign execution
• Proficiency in market research, trend analysis, and competitive analysis
• Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and managing social media platforms
• Proven ability in team collaboration, leadership, and client relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or relevant field; MBA is a plus
