Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Research:

Conduct market research and brainstorming sessions to develop marketing campaign ideas aligned with organizational goals and client requirements.

Campaign Execution and Coordination:

Coordinate with graphics, advertising, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and completed within defined timelines.

Team Supervision:

Delegate tasks to design and advertising teams, monitor their progress, and provide guidance or clarification when required.

Brand Promotion and Positioning:

Support brand management activities by ensuring consistent branding across marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Client Requirement Management:

Ensure all marketing activities adhere to client specifications, project objectives, and company guidelines.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

Monitor consumer engagement and campaign performance after rollout using dashboards, CRM tools, and tracking systems.

Reporting and Documentation:

Compile campaign performance reports detailing engagement metrics, outcomes, and insights to share with stakeholders and clients.

Budget and Timeline Management:

Ensure marketing campaigns are executed within the allocated financial budget and scheduled deadlines.

Technology and CRM Utilization:

Use marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, dashboards, and data loaders to track campaigns, manage data, and support marketing operations.
