Inviting applications for the role of Sr Manager , Workforce Data Admin
This role is pivotal in driving strategy, governance, and operational excellence for a multi-country HR data function supporting our global client. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, transformation focus, and experience in scaling workforce data operations.
Responsibilities
1.Strategic Data Governance:
oDefine and enforce global data policies, process standards, and compliance protocols across all employee lifecycle processes.
oPartner with the client to build a sustainable, audit-ready, and scalable HR data governance framework.
oAct as an SME for HRIS configurations, reporting, and analytics.
2.Leadership & Team Development:
oManage, coach, and develop a team of analysts and team leads responsible for HR data transactions and administration.
oEstablish a high-performance culture focused on accountability, precision, and continuous learning.
oBuild workforce planning for the team, ensuring right capacity, upskilling, and succession readiness.
oForecast staffing, manage budgets, and drive operational KPIs and SLAs.
3.Stakeholder Management:
oServe as a key point of contact for the local HR, Compliance, and Operations teams.
oTranslate business needs into data solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
oPresent business cases, dashboards, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
4.Innovation and Transformation:
oLead automation, process redesign, and digital workforce initiatives (RPA, AI, analytics).
oOwn change management, UAT, and integration efforts across platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP).
oDrive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and Lean methodologies.


5.Compliance & Risk Governance:
oEnsure strict adherence to data privacy, GDPR, and labour law compliance across workforce data activities.
oImplement internal controls to detect, prevent, and resolve data-related risks.
oLead audits, internal reviews, and remediation actions as needed.
oServe as a control owner for HR systems compliance and documentation.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor's degree in HR Business, Data Science, or related fields (MBA preferred).
.Proven experience in Workforce Data Admin or a related role, with a strong background in leadership.
.Expertise in data analytics, reporting tools, and process automation.
.Proven ability to manage teams and large volumes of data transactions.
.Strong process orientation and knowledge of compliance/audit frameworks.
.Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now, Zendesk, etc is preferrable.
.HCM tool experience - Workday is mandatory.
.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
.Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Certifications in leadership, data management, or project management.
.Proficiency in analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
.Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
.Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
.Flexibility to work across global teams and time zones.
