Sr. Manager - TCF Production

-Develop and execute production plans for TCF (Tires, Chassis, Frames) components aligned with manufacturing schedules.

-Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high quality standards.

-Oversee quality assurance activities and implement corrective and preventive actions for process improvements.

-Manage resources including manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve production targets.

-Monitor and control departmental budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

-Lead and mentor production teams to enhance performance and ensure a culture of safety and accountability.

-Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards through regular audits and corrective actions.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, quality, and logistics for seamless production flow.
