Hiring for Product based client with permanent job Role
Essential Skills
- Proven experience leading 6+ person customer-facing technical teams (TAMs, implementation, or solutions) in B2B SaaS, with direct accountability for go-live timelines and adoption metrics.
- Strong systems and process design skills to build, standardize, and enforce TAM playbooks, workflows, and quality gates across complex implementations.
- Expertise in technical customer advisory: integrations, data flows, business process mapping, and bridging non-technical customer needs with SaaS capabilities.
- Stakeholder management and communication to handle US executive escalations, facilitate meetings, and drive decisions during PST hours.
Good to Haves
- Experience in vertical SaaS or industries like logistics/fuel/supply chain, understanding operational workflows and multi-stakeholder dynamics.
- Prior exposure to high-growth startups (Series A-C), scaling teams and processes from scratch.
- Familiarity with project management, CRM, ticketing, and analytics tools for tracking KPIs like NPS, churn risk, and time-to-value.
- Coaching and performance management track record, including hiring and developing individual contributors into high-performers.
Bonus Points
- Direct US customer experience, and cross-timezone leadership.
- History of feeding field insights into product roadmaps via structured feedback loops.
- In-depth knowledge of fuel/logistics domain challenges (e.g., route optimization, compliance).
- Advanced documentation and discovery skills to preempt implementation surprises.
- History of hiring and ramping up and scaling team members for a given product and industry
- History of working with non tech B2b customers in the US
- US visa is good to have
- Willingness to travel to US 3-6 months in a year.
- Sales solutions engineering experience preferred
