Sr. Manager - Supply Chain Management

Jd : 1 Must have hands on experience in all procurement functions for Electrical items, mechanical stores and raw materials
especially for EOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Material Handling Equipments, etc.-
2 Working level understanding for the various major purchase items like Motors, Drives, Panels/erooms, gear boxes, steel
plates, structural steel, castings, forgings, couplings, brakes, etc.-
3 Locating suitable suppliers/ develop new suppliers as required- Obtain offers and negotiate with Suppliers- Collaborate intra and inter departmental activities (technical / commercial / administrative / financial)-
4 Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
5 Monitor performance of the department
6 Followup with suppliers for timely delivery & Evaluate competency of new vendor
7 Approval of purchase order as per financial authority
8 Preparation of department budget- Stores, Procurement & Logistics
9 Material Forcasting - Understand the project in details, Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Design and Production for
understanding the critical material requirments.
10 Follow up with Finance for supplier payment
11 Experience in verticals such as Industrial, Engineering, Chemicals, Healthcare, Automotive, Food Industry, etc.
12 Excellent communications problem solving skills, along with team building capabilities
