Scheduling
- Interpret production plans and generate procurement schedules for timely availability of parts.
Inventory Monitoring
- Plan procurement to fulfill production requirements while maintaining inventory norms.
Logistics Management
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of parts against the production plan.
Vendor Management
- Interact with suppliers to ensure part availability, understanding both manufacturing and commercial processes.
SPD Requirement Management
- Understand and fulfill SPD (Special Parts Demand) requirements alongside regular production plans.
Cost Reduction Initiatives
- Identify, introduce, and implement cost reduction ideas for existing and upcoming vehicle models.
Production Target Achievement
- Ensure monthly and yearly plant production targets are met through proper material availability and planning.
Model Migration
- Coordinate with quality, production, and APL teams to implement model-specific parts with zero obsolescence.
