Role Description
The Sr. Manager - Sales is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The role is an IC role that involves driving revenue growth through strategic planning, business development, and effective sales operations. The Sr. Manager will analyze market trends, manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, and develop actionable business insights to meet company objectives. This role requires regular collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, delivering tailored solutions, and achieving performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Business Planning skills to assess market trends and develop strategic sales plans especially for the corporate car rental market in Bengaluru.
- Proficiency in communication and customer service for building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including managing pipelines, forecasts, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively and foster collaboration.
- Proven track record in sales performance and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in the corporate mobility solutions industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
