Sr Manager Network
Sales / Business Development


About the Role:
Enterprise network is undergoing major transformation since cloud first and SAAS strategies. It is only accelerated with growing AI adoption. Network fabric of Tata Com is designed to address the enterprise in their digital journey.
This role is to drive Tata Comms Network product sales with a strong focus on revenue growth. Role would require to work with customers and with internal stakeholders Product, Commercial, Network access team to grow our network product sales

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement a Network sales strategy to drive revenue growth for network solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives & long-term business trends.

2. Region Strategy- Lead the strategic planning process of the network solutions for the region Take lead on large network deals and win them. Work with network access team to identify the potential geo clusters for investing in network connectivity. Work with product and marketing teams in deploying adequate marketing, account development and management, planning and region and sub-segment initiatives to achieve both short term (AOP) and long-term growth.

3. Customer Engagement- Build and strengthen relationships with key enterprise customers, understanding their business challenges and offering tailored solutions.

4. Partnerships & Alliances- Collaborate with technology partners like Cisco for joint wins

5. Sales Enablement- Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and insights to enhance performance and improve customer acquisition and retention.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and customer success.

Performance Analytics Leverage data-driven insights to track progress, optimize sales performance, and drive continuous improvements.

  • Key Qualification & Experience:
  • 8-12+ years of experience in network solutions sales / presales
  • Deep understanding of network products and the emerging scenarios in enterprises
  • Strong experience working with cross functional teams
  • Ability to drive strategic engagements with customers and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large network transformations deals and executing complex enterprise deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and customer needs.
  • Bachelors or masters degree in business, Technology, or a related field
