Sr Manager Network
Sales / Business Development
1. Sales Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement a Network sales strategy to drive revenue growth for network solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives & long-term business trends.
2. Region Strategy- Lead the strategic planning process of the network solutions for the region Take lead on large network deals and win them. Work with network access team to identify the potential geo clusters for investing in network connectivity. Work with product and marketing teams in deploying adequate marketing, account development and management, planning and region and sub-segment initiatives to achieve both short term (AOP) and long-term growth.
3. Customer Engagement- Build and strengthen relationships with key enterprise customers, understanding their business challenges and offering tailored solutions.
4. Partnerships & Alliances- Collaborate with technology partners like Cisco for joint wins
5. Sales Enablement- Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and insights to enhance performance and improve customer acquisition and retention.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and customer success.
Performance Analytics Leverage data-driven insights to track progress, optimize sales performance, and drive continuous improvements.
