Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Required to promote and sell traffic and road safety solutions and weighing systems on a nationwide basis while maintaining and acquisition of keys clients developing business strategy exploring channels on regional basis and prospecting Govt. Liasioning.
  • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring competitive costs, and prepare budgets accordingly.
  • Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Responsible to improve the business and maintain long term relationship with the existing customers.
  • Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence on PAN India basis.

JOB PROFILE OF DESIRED CANDIDATE

  • Must have a sales related experience in weighing or tolling systems.
  • Minimum of proven 8 years of experience in a sales or business development role in sales coordination environment.
  • Must possess knowledge of dealing with private & Govt. tenders and strong networking into Government sectors especially the transport, road constructions, tolling, traffic highway management, etc.
  • Highly motivated and strong leader for Sales & Marketing Department.
  • Well conversant to give presentations to senior government official and heads of private sector.
  • Thorough knowledge of financial planning and strategy making skills, able to make competitive analysis.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Committed to standards of the highest professionalism and ethical behavior.
