Job Description
Lead, coach, and manage a team of AEs responsible for closing new B2B SaaS business and expanding existing accounts, ensuring consistent execution of GTM strategy and achievement of revenue targets.
Principal Accountabilities
Hire and onboard Account Executives ensuring they are wellprepared to meet sales targets and contribute to team successbr Set clear targets and quotas for the sales team aligning them with overall business goals and market opportunitiesbr Regularly review the sales pipeline and forecasts to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvementbr Provide coaching on deal strategy helping Account Executives to navigate complex sales processes and close key dealsbr Support key enterprise deals by offering strategic insights and leveraging your expertise to drive successful outcomesbr Enforce sales process rigor ensuring that all team members adhere to established protocols and best practicesbr Partner with Sales Development Representatives SDRs Presales and Customer Success CS teams to create a cohesive sales strategy and enhance customer satisfaction
