Job Description

  • Oversee revenue assurance processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve revenue leakage.
  • Develop and implement policies to enhance revenue compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor revenue-related KPIs and provide insights to senior management.
  • Review and validate billing systems to ensure alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analysis for audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline revenue assurance workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the revenue assurance function.

The Successful Applicant

  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification (CA/Non-CA)
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in revenue assurance, reconciliation, or finance
  • Strong understanding of P&L ownership and revenue processes
  • Proven track record in process optimisation and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage senior management
