Sr Manager - Projects

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage industrial strategy initiatives for the cluster, ensuring alignment with GSC-T and LoB.
2. Drive Long Term Industrial Plans (LTIP), focusing on localization, manufacturing transfer projects, and regionalization.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage new development projects, regionalization, and feasibility studies.
4. Optimize product cost, quality, and ROI by implementing best manufacturing processes and technologies.

Key Deliverables:

1. Successful execution of manufacturing transfer and localization projects.
2. Achievement of productivity and cost optimization goals through effective project management.
