Responsibilities:

Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and provide expert advice to guide team members in applying best practices.
Develop, execute, and improve action plans to meet customer and business needs.
Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and implement effective solutions.
Design, code, unit test, and deploy high-performance, scalable applications.
Develop and support APIs and services that drive supply chain and customer experience functionality.
Monitor progress and results, recognizing opportunities for improvement and adapting to changing demands.
Model compliance with company policies, mission, values, and standards of ethics in all business practices.
Assist and mentor others in applying company policies and best practices in executing business processes.
