Summary:

We
are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to lead Process
Consulting
 engagements for Finance and Accounting (F&A)
departments across diverse industries. This role is pivotal in driving finance
transformation initiatives
, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies
to deliver measurable value to clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep
domain expertise in F&A processes, a strong understanding of digital
enablers, willingness to travel and a proven track record of managing complex
consulting projects.

Key
Responsibilities:

Preferred:


  • Lead end-to-end process
    consulting engagements
     for F&A
    functions, including diagnostics, design, and implementation of
    transformation initiatives.

  • Assess current state
    processes
     and identify opportunities for
    optimization, automation, and digitization.

  • Design future-state
    operating models
     aligned with client
    business objectives and industry best practices.

  • Advise clients on
    technology solutions
     - RPA,
    AI/ML, and finance analytics platforms.

  • Develop roadmaps and
    business cases to support strategic initiatives.

Desired:


  • Support in pre-sales/ operation sales including discovery workshops,
    proposals, pitches and pricing

  • Collaborate with
    cross-functional teams
     including IT,
    operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.

  • Mentor and guide team
    members
    , fostering a culture of excellence
    and continuous learning.

  • Stay abreast of industry
    trends
    , regulatory changes, and emerging
    technologies impacting the F&A landscape.

 

Required
Qualifications:


  • Master's degree preferably
    in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CA or MBA
    from B school preferred.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience
    in finance transformation, process consulting, or Service delivery (with
    atleast 3 years in transformation or process consulting) related advisory
    roles.

  • Strong understanding of
    core F&A processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Treasury, Tax).

  • Hands-on experience with
    finance technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, BlackLine, Coupa,
    Power BI, etc.

  • Proven ability to lead
    client engagements and deliver high-impact outcomes.

  • Excellent communication,
    stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Preferred
Skills:


  • Experience in shared
    services or Global Business Services (GBS) environments.

  • Exposure to integrated
    reporting frameworks.

  • Certifications in Lean
    Six Sigma, PMP, or relevant transformation methodologies.
