Sr. Manager - Operations

Role Scope:

• Plan, organize, and control production schedules across multiple plants to meet the sales plan.

• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery and materials (consumable & raw material).

• Equipment performance monitoring

• Production support procedures and documentation

• Preventive maintenance

• Standardize processes and best practices across locations.

• Coordinate between plants & sales team to ensure timely deliveries of finished goods.

• Driving process optimization and continuous improvement to reduce the cost of production.

Candidate Preference:

• Experience: 8–12 years

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process orientation

• Exposure to process manufacturing environments

Technical Requirements:

• Knowledge of ISO / TQM / Quality Management Systems/ OHSMS

• Experience in conducting internal & external audits.

• SAP & Microsoft office working knowledge

• MIS preparation
