Job Description

Provide short-term and long-term strategic direction for the brand
Conceptualize, develop and execute the full medical marketing mix to drive the brand agenda
Work closely with the HCN Science team to deliver strong insights for HCP communication
Work collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal stakeholders to develop impactful campaigns and drive superior market results
Business Forecasting / Results - work with sales and demand planning teams to generate accurate volume forecasts
Ensure quality and timely delivery/execution of campaign collaterals/inputs/activities to field force
Continually incorporate customer feedback and macro view of the market through formal sources of feedback, like research (Structured / MR driven etc.)
Undertake fieldwork to establish a strong connect with KOLs Financials and Budgetary Control
Achieve Market Share, topline & bottom-line targets
Budgetary control for cost management
Risk management & compliance control

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of experience, preferably in Pharma, Healthcare, Food, Nutrition, or related industries
Prior team management experience will be an advantage
