As a Business Transformation (Asset Management) Vice President within our Asset Management Business Transformation team (aligned to EMEA), you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to support execution of transformation initiatives aligned to the EMEA region.
  • Identify and originate a pipeline of transformation initiatives by leveraging internal/external networks and industry insights.
  • Drive delivery of high-impact change programs that shape business outcomes and operating priorities.
  • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, including C-suite, to secure alignment and sponsorship.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
  • Champion adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Represent the team in governance forums, providing clear updates, transparency, and accountability to senior management.
  • Establish robust project governance, including documentation, risk/issue management, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Lead communications and change management to ensure engagement and smooth transition to business-as-usual.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and excellence across initiatives and partnering teams.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture through knowledge sharing, colleague support, and D&I participation.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bring at least 8 years of project management and asset management experience delivering strategic change in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with ability to originate initiatives, build relationships, and create commercial value.
  • Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management with experience influencing senior-most leadership.
  • Apply advanced project management and business analysis skills (planning, solution design, governance, risk management).
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors effectively.
  • Communicate with impact through strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.

  • Partner collaboratively, showing openness to feedback, continuous learning, and structured problem-solving.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hold relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM).
  • Use advanced MS Office proficiency familiarity with project management tools and emerging technologies is advantageous.
  • Possess deep knowledge of the asset management industry and its regulatory/operating environment.
