Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand demand patterns and collaborate with hub, region, and state teams to generate accurate demand forecasts.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to increase the number of curated venue and vendor partners across MMW and Venue Management functions.
  • Develop and execute conversion strategies to maximize monetization through vendor and venue relationships.
  • Create and implement pricing strategies to enhance Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
  • Establish effective service delivery processes to improve conversions and increase revenue.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer relationship management, customer satisfaction, and vendor/venue relationships.
  • Develop proposals for new business opportunities, innovative plans, service enhancements, technology upgrades, and strategic long-term tie-ups with vendors/venues.
  • Ensure optimal team performance by motivating, engaging, and retaining critical and high-performing team members.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience in revenue-oriented sales and operations roles.
  • Proven track record in leading large field sales teams.
  • Strong expertise in B2B sales and relationship management.
  • Experience in creating, developing, and executing comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Sound knowledge of partner acquisition, development, and relationship management.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to channel various business streams.
  • Bachelor's degree and full-time MBA from reputed B-Schools.
  • 10–15 years of experience managing large sales forces, preferably in E-Commerce, Consumer Internet, real estate, or hospitality domains.
