Role Overview
We are hiring a Practice Head CRM / Campaign Management (SFMC) to lead enterprise-grade CRM and campaign execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role combines people leadership, client ownership, and platform expertise to drive scalable and high-impact CRM programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for SFMC clients: scoping planning execution deployment reporting
- Lead and manage a team of SFMC developers, campaign managers, and CRM specialists
- Ensure high-quality execution across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and integrations
- Partner with internal teams (Content, Design, Production, Analytics) for seamless delivery
- Serve as the senior client contact for SFMC engagements
- Drive best practices, documentation, and process standardization within the practice
- Monitor campaign performance and guide optimization strategies
- Support solution design and effort estimation during client onboarding and renewals
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in CRM / Email Marketing / Marketing Automation
- Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- SFMC Certification (mandatory)
- Experience managing teams and complex, multi-journey CRM programs
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in EU shift and shift flexibility when needed
