Role Overview

We are hiring a Practice Head CRM / Campaign Management (SFMC) to lead enterprise-grade CRM and campaign execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role combines people leadership, client ownership, and platform expertise to drive scalable and high-impact CRM programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery for SFMC clients: scoping planning execution deployment reporting
  • Lead and manage a team of SFMC developers, campaign managers, and CRM specialists
  • Ensure high-quality execution across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and integrations
  • Partner with internal teams (Content, Design, Production, Analytics) for seamless delivery
  • Serve as the senior client contact for SFMC engagements
  • Drive best practices, documentation, and process standardization within the practice
  • Monitor campaign performance and guide optimization strategies
  • Support solution design and effort estimation during client onboarding and renewals

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM / Email Marketing / Marketing Automation
  • Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • SFMC Certification (mandatory)
  • Experience managing teams and complex, multi-journey CRM programs
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in EU shift and shift flexibility when needed
