Job Description

Join our dynamic Manufacturing Production team and drive excellence in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities! We're seeking a Senior Professional to lead critical production processes and enhance our operational technology security landscape.

What will you do:

Sr. Manager -Manufacturing Production Planning & Control

  • To maintain the design intent and integrity of products assembled on the shop floor while driving continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement process adaptations and workstation improvements for existing products to enhance industrial performance across manual, automatic, and PLC-driven processes using SPS tools and methodologies.
  • Participate in designing specifications and quotations for new line architectures and industrial scenarios to meet Safety, Quality, Lead Time, and Productivity requirements.
  • Deploy SPS principles and apply Lean / Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in SIM2 meetings and drive action plans to remove operational barriers.
  • Manage capacity vs. workload balancing using digital tools such as iQ Simulation, CAMA, CORIM, Bridge, etc., for both internal and external lines.
  • Optimize lead times and ensure adequate line capacity.
  • Develop and update operator work instructions for training and process standardization.
  • Contribute to new product industrialization ensuring producibility and feasibility.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and investment profitability analyses.
  • Qualify means and manufacturing processes both onsite and at supplier locations.
  • Lead and support new production ramp-up activities.
  • Provide complementary expertise to IIT3 and support additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Internal: Cross-functional teams within the entity including production, quality, supply chain, and engineering.

External: Vendors, suppliers, and technical partners.

Additional Information

  • May involve qualification of processes at supplier sites.
  • Exposure to Lean manufacturing, PLC processes, and industrial performance tools is preferred.
