The Assy Process Industrialisation Manager is a upper middle level position involves the employee to be responsible for the complete designing of the Production Assy line ensuring that it meets the Capacity, Quality, Safety Ergonomic requirement supporting Indian Manufacturing group on Industrial Engineering needs.
Specialist in Product Assy Process :
Specifying, Implementing Qualifying the Manufacturing Process Equipment in compliance with SPS Principles.
For new offer, ensures the Product Assy feasibility. For mfg, contributes strongly to the Continuous Improvement actions for the Process Equipment.
Bring his/her technical expertise within local industrialization team or local mfg Engg team. Select, Validate, Introduce Standardize New Assy technologies/processes locally. Development of New Layouts also improvement of Current layouts, Vendor Support functions, Lean Mfg , Value Stream Approach, Cost reductions, Execution of New Projects,
