Sr Manager / Manager - Sales Training

Ipca Laboratories is hiring for Sales Training Department, based at Mumbai

Position : Senior Manager / Manager

Therapy Segment : Neuro Psychiatry and Dermatology

Looking for candidate with experience into Pharma Training function for 5+ years, having a field Sales background as an ABM/RBM.

Key responsibilities :

1)Plan and design training calendar, Pretraining study material & evaluation.

2)Conducting basic training of BO/BEs/TMs at Mumbai, post training evaluation and feedback.

3)Design, develop and conduct e-learning.

3)In-clinic effectiveness programs for experienced field employees.

4)Field work to identify training needs/post training support when required.

Competencies Required :

1)Thorough product knowledge of the relevant therapy segment.

2)Good communication & presentation skills.

3)Passion, patience and perseverance to develop people and make them sales ready.

4)High on process orientation and time management skills.

5)High on Interpersonal skills.

Qualification :

1)Post Graduate/Graduate

2)MBA/Diploma/Certification in Training preferred
