Hiring for one of my client for the role of Export Sales Manager responsible for driving pigment business globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies, managing international client relationships, preferred customer base will paint, ink, and plastic sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve export sales targets and expand the company's international presence.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Manage and nurture relationships with international clients and distributors.
Oversee the entire export sales process, from quotation to shipment and delivery.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the global paint, ink, and plastic industries.
Travel internationally to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new markets.
Ensure compliance with all export regulations and documentation requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry, B.E. in Chemicals, or B.Tech.
Experience: 10+ years of sales experience.
Proven sales experience in the organic pigment industry
Experience in serving global customer in Paint, Ink, and Plastic segments
Significant experience in export sales and willingness to travel internationally.
Strong technical background in science or chemicals.
