The Manager/Sr Manager of Administration will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all administrative functions of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing facilities, workplace services, travel, security, vendor relationships, compliance, and employee services. The Manager/Sr Manager will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, enabling operational excellence and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the overall administrative strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and continuous improvement in administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and audit requirements.
Facilities & Workplace Management
- Oversee office infrastructure, lease negotiations, space planning, and workplace experience.
- Ensure effective facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and sustainability initiatives.
- Lead expansion, relocation, or consolidation projects as required.
Employee Services & Experience
- Ensure high-quality cafeteria, hospitality, and employee support services.
Security & Compliance
- Oversee physical security, health & safety, and risk management for employees and assets.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and corporate governance requirements.
- Manage Audits and certification renewals
People Leadership
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Engineer , Operations, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 9+ years of progressive experience in administration, facilities, or operations management.
- Proven expertise in lease negotiations, vendor management, and large-scale facility operations.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
