Sr Manager – Maintenance Press Shop

Prepare annual maintenance plans by identifying probable major breakdown issues in the shop.

Finalize preventive maintenance (PM) schedules based on machine requirements and monitor adherence monthly.

Plan and execute shutdown maintenance and overhauling of equipment as per schedule.

Review breakdown maintenance reports daily and implement countermeasures for recurring breakdowns.

Reduce machine repair time via Kaizen initiatives and skill improvements; monitor progress monthly.

Provide technical specifications to Planning team for procurement of new machines considering breakdown trends and safety/quality requirements.

Conduct technical assessment of RFQ bids, support vendor finalization, and participate in DAP discussions for facility layout and planning.

Oversee trials of new machines, monitor snag closure, verify technical and quality reports, and ensure handover for regular operations.

Plan and manage spares availability, optimize inventory, and participate in supplier inspections for critical items.
