Sr. Manager (L5) - Die Design

Plan and execute die design and sheet metal processes; Study part manufacturability including drawability, cutting, flanging; Installation, commissioning, and quality proving; Change management and process optimization; Equipment and vendor capability assessment; Facility/equipment planning and budgeting; Ensure compliance with factory act, legal, environmental, and safety norms; Asset management and TPM implementation; Introduce low-cost automation and process improvements; Apply lean manufacturing, line balancing, buffer/flow management, layout planning, JIT, kanban; Simulate sheet metal part behavior (Auto-form, Hyper-form) to optimize draw, flange, blank sizes, and quality; Die design approval aligned with press specifications and automated lines; Monitor yield, die life, and cost savings
