Job Title Equity Trader
Function Investments
Purpose of the Role
To execute equity trades in alignment with the investment strategy, ensuring efficient trade execution, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal investment guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Execute equity trades based on instructions from Portfolio/Fund Managers.
Monitor market movements, liquidity, and pricing to ensure best trade execution.
Coordinate with brokers and internal teams for trade confirmation and settlement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines issued by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.
Qualification
Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field. Certification from National Institute of Securities Markets preferred.
Experience
3-8 years of relevant experience in equity trading within financial institutions.
