Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving new business targets through online channel.
• Responsible for overall distribution strategy, product proposition, purchase journeys, process enhancement, competitor benchmarking and marketing strategy for online partners with an aim to increase share of shop
• Partner management - Market intelligence, partner training, escalation management & making required presentations.
• Managing the overall quality of book including persistency, claims and complaints and achieve the targeted numbers.
• Managing pre and post business login queries received from the channel partner.
• Working with internal teams like IT, Operations and Underwriting to facilitate smooth customer & partner experience.
• Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices between partners and internal teams to help embed a robust digital ecosystem.

Educational Qualification / Experience

.MBA with 3+ years of experience in BFSI, E-Commerce managing digital ecosystem

Knowledge & Skills

.Good understanding of the overall distribution strategy, purchase journeys of digital products.

.Good understanding of core business processes of BFSI

.Roles like enabling product/ driving business on website & apps, credit card business management, driving growth in payment solutions, handling online channel partners, handling online start-ups, handling online mutual fund platforms will qualify for this profile.
