Role Summary

  • Business Productivity & Process Management will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, driving productivity initiatives, and optimizing business processes within the Partnership Distribution (SC) team. The role involves analyzing operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing structured processes that enhance business performance and scalability. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, monitor productivity metrics, and ensure efficient execution of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current business operations and identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and monitor standardized processes and operating frameworks across the Partnership Distribution (SC) team.
  • Track business productivity metrics and operational KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and manage process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and technology teams to streamline workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights, reports, and presentations related to productivity and operational performance.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure successful implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement culture by identifying inefficiencies and recommending scalable solutions.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of business operations, productivity metrics, and process optimization.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge of data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

.2-4 years of experience in business operations, productivity improvement, process management, consulting, or strategy roles.

.Experience in financial services, insurance, fintech, or partnership distribution businesses is preferred.

.Exposure to process optimization, operational excellence initiatives, and cross-functional project management will be an advantage.

.Prior experience working with business leadership and multiple internal stakeholders.

Educational Qualification / Experience

  • MBA from a Tiered institute with minimum 1-2 years of experience
