Sr. Manager, Global Analytic (TCF)Job Description
As an Engagement Manager- Analytics Consulting, you will be a key member of the teams working on end-to-end BI and analytics solutions being built for our clients.Job Location: Chennai or Hyderabad
Work Type: Work from Office
Work Timing: 2 PM - 11 PM IST
Primary focus will be on the data engineering and Business Intelligence components of the overall solution you will collaborate with internal or client data science teams for the ML project aspects. As the person responsible for the overall success of the program, you will:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable data solutions.
Lead stakeholder communication and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive problem discovery, scoping, program management, delivery, etc.
Lead requirements elicitation using a combination of business acumen and technology understanding
Translate the requirements of the solution to technical architects. Review the solution design & estimation for conformity with client requirements
Coordinate program delivery (communicating updates, bottlenecks, risks, delays, etc)
Measure and articulate the value of solutions developed to help drive solution adoption by business teams.
Provide strategic guidance on ETL processes, data engineering solutions, and cloud architectures, BI Solutions( Power BI)
Data engineering (building out the medallion architecture, bronze, silver and gold).
Required Skills:
Analytics Consulting- Proven ability to lead engagements and advise on digital transformation.
Stakeholder Management - Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
ETL & Data Engineering - Strong expertise in data pipelines, warehousing, and transformations (Azure Databricks, Python, Pyspark), BI Tools - PowerBI
