Sourcing new supply of commercial office space, Retail spaces for the Markets team and maintain the existing database available on our software Blossom & Horizon
Support supporting the new business prospecting and pipeline and Data Base Management, Market Link updation, new property Sourcing and Absorption updation.
Support sales leadership and business line heads to support the development of new business opportunities and manage the database administration
Work closely with our internal database teams to leverage existing industry research and pair with external data sources to identify new properties effectiveness.
Maintain our sales database and ensure it is kept up to date.

Key Skills
Preferred experience of 8+ years in Real estate transactions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Should be a team player
Must be fluent in local language with English & Hindi

Build, maintain, support and validate primary and secondary databases to be used to support our sales efforts and pipeline management for the region.
Ability to collate information into cohesive presentations with proper slide layout / design.
