you will lead the design, development, and scaling of next-generation AI products, with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI systems. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery—driving end-to-end product ownership from concept to deployment across client engagements. This role is critical to shaping Organization's GenAI product strategy and you will work closely with consultants, engineers, data scientists, and client stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions, while ensuring technical robustness and measurable value creation.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science engineering/technology or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience; product management experience for a software (SaaS) product highly desired
- Strong understanding of GenAI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering) and experience with ML/LLM lifecycle including deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Working knowledge of Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with experience working with Global teams
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast‐paced environment.
- Excellent problem‐solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
