About the role:

At The Whole Truth Foods, transparency drives everything we do including how we manage our finances. As Sr. Manager Reporting & Controls, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end monthly MIS reporting, statutory and internal audits, and data support for the commercial finance team. You'll act as a bridge between operations, finance, and commercial teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting for decision-making and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting.

• Own the preparation, consolidation, and presentation of monthly MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, cost centre reports, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in monthly closing activities in collaboration with accounting and operations teams.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to support business insights

Audit Management

• Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing audit schedules, liaising with auditors, and ensuring timely closure.
• Ensure audit-readiness of books and compliance with IND-AS/IGAAP as applicable (manage any transition)
• Drive resolution of audit issues and implement control improvements

Compliance & Controls

• Support the implementation and documentation of robust internal controls and SOPs
• Quarterly Books closure as per applicable standards and procedures

Process Improvement

• Identify automation opportunities in reporting and data consolidation to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.
• Work closely with tech and ERP teams to enhance system-based reporting.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of post-qualifications relevant experience in an FMCG, retail, or high-growth startup environment.
• Strong command on reporting according to IND-AS framework.
• Excellence in Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment
• High attention to detail and deadline orientation
