Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present MIS Reports and weekly flash reports with actionable insights.
- Track KPIs and profitability of business units/homes; highlight variances against budget.
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor budget vs actual performance.
- Support third-party audits, ensure timely closure with proper documentation.
- Manage vendor onboarding documentation and compliance checks.
- Drive process improvements for better reporting, transparency, and cost efficiency.
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills (Excel, Power BI preferred)
- Knowledge of budgeting, costing, and profitability analysis.
- Ability to manage stakeholder communication effectively.
- Experience in audits, compliance, and vendor due diligence
