Sr Manager - FBV NPI GOODS APPLICATIONS

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor current month scheduling and ensure schedule adherence
• Plan and monitor 3-month rolling schedules to guarantee parts availability for production
• Maintain optimum inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock
• Ensure timely coverage of parts for production requirements
• Escalate supplier non-performance issues promptly
• Develop alternate sourcing strategies to mitigate single-supplier risks
• Negotiate and purchase critical parts for fully built vehicles (e.g., wiring harness, axles, lamps, tyres)
• Establish and maintain contacts with internal and external stakeholders to provide support and coordination
• Review risks in own area and create mitigation plans
• Support new part development and establish parts in production
