Role SummaryWe are looking for a builder-mindset leader to create and scale a fashion brand's presence across D2C, online marketplaces, and modern trade. This role owns brand identity, GTM execution, and revenue growth across channels and is ideal for someone who has built businesses or brands from scratch.
Key Responsibilities- Build and execute omnichannel GTM strategies for fashion collections and launches
- Scale D2C and marketplace business (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.)
- Develop modern trade partnerships and lead JBPs and negotiations
- Own pricing, promotions, assortment, and channel profitability
- Drive brand visibility, online merchandising, and in-store presence
- Track KPIs: revenue, margins, CAC, AOV, sell-through, ROI
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams
Requirements- 812 years experience in fashion / apparel / lifestyle retail
- Strong exposure to e-commerce, D2C, or modern trade
- Proven experience building or scaling brands/channels
- Commercial, data-driven, and execution focused
