Job Description

Devise and implement data-led acquisition strategies for MPL.

Work extensively on growing new user acquisitions through Google - UAC, Meta - App Install Campaigns, and other relevant performance channels

Design and implement incrementality, bidding, audience creative testing to grow the value of app campaigns Identify the target audience and ascertain how best to communicate to that audience .Monitor performance and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through analysis of web/appanalytics including consumer data and insights, and use this data to tweak current campaignsand formulate future ones. Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, new media buying opportunities and recommendations onnew ways to reach target audience. Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing campaigns.

What we are looking for

  • -Minimum 5-8 years of experience driving growth through digital acquisition channels, especially in thesocial casino/free to play gaming /real money skill gaming industries
  • You have minimum 4 years of hands-on large scale performance campaign management experience on Google App campaigns, Meta App campaigns, Apple Search adsYou are experienced with app attribution, tracking and MMPs (adjust, appsflyer, kochava.)
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing data-led marketing strategies using web analytics.Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention andmeeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.Self-starter with ability to execute under deadlines.
  • Experience in a startup culture is a plus Experience in managing growth teams executing an agile marketing strategy.
  • Experience in scaling acquisition strategies geographicallyExperience managing a large budget
