Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business development and sales growth by managing and expanding the market share for Schneider Electric Power Systems in the Industrial Buildings (IB) and Energy & Chemical (EC) sectors.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, EPCs, consultants, and customers to promote Power Systems solutions and services.
  3. Lead the sales process, including prospecting, offer creation, negotiations, and closing business deals with new and existing customers.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams such as Tendering, KAM, and Regional Sales to drive sales actions and support the business growth.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Achieve sales revenue and market share targets in the assigned region.
  2. Effectively manage and expand the customer portfolio by executing strategic sales actions.
  3. Successfully promote Schneider Electric's Power Systems offerings, contributing to the growth of the market.
  4. Maintain high customer satisfaction and strong relationships through continuous support and effective communication.
