Job Description :
Critical analysis of various proposed Transactions from tax perspective
Proactively keeping a track of various tax and regulatory developments and evaluating the existing structures/ transactions in the light of recent developments
Streamlining various processes and controls within tax function including evaluating/ implementing various tech solutions to improvise efficiency/ processes
Undertaking various tax compliances such as advance tax, income-tax and GST returns, TDS compliance etc
Handling tax litigation matters including appeals, assessments, rectification etc
Experience in handling compliances of the regulated entities such as NBFC, AIF etc
FEMA advisory and compliances relating to past and proposed transactions Analyzing various deal documents from tax and regulatory perspective
Supervising GST compliance and advisory work
Discussing tax planning with tax head and implementing the same as per law
Preparation of Tax MIS report
Expected from Candidates:
1. CA with 8-10 years of experience in handling Tax matters
2. Experience in Financial services sector and M&A Deals
3. Industry preference Private Equity Funds/Private Credit Funds/Wealth firms /Family office.
