Overview
Empower India's Analytics vertical is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Reporting & Business Automation team to lead a high-performing analytics and data science team. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should possess experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI (including LLMs), along with solid proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud-based data environments.
This role requires strong collaboration with senior business leaders to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics solutions that enable execution of automation strategy and drive business transformation.
Educational Qualification
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Data Science and Computer Science engineering
Required Experience
- 1015 years of experience in Analytics & Data Science (including AI/LLMs))
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience handling teams (minimum 10 fte) and cross-functional stakeholders during the last 5 years
- Proven experience in projects with measurable impact through Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Python and SQL (Redshift, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with AWS cloud platform for data and AI solutions.
- Exposure to API integration, and data pipelines.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with Tableau / AWS Quick Sight for visualization.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs is a plus.

- Set clear performance goals, conduct reviews, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Manage project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a hybrid work environment.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to define the analytics vision & ways to achieve scalable & efficient solutions
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
- Communicate results effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
- Design, development, and deployment of ML/DL/NLP and Generative AI (LLM-based) solutions.
