Sr Manager -Data Science, Machine Learning and GenAI Technical Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand complex problems and propose value-driven Data Science & ML solutions
• Provide functional and technical leadership in developing a data science roadmap and guide end-to-end solution delivery (design to optimization)
• Promote awareness of Data Science, ML, and GenAI capabilities across stakeholders to identify value-driven business opportunities
• Analyze market and industry trends to bring cutting-edge solutions into the organization
• Apply strong analytical skills to gather data from multiple sources and identify patterns/trends
• Conduct research, design statistical studies, and develop analytical solutions
• Create storytelling dashboards to support business decision-making
• Implement deep learning models on structured and unstructured datasets
• Perform time series forecasting (e.g., ARIMA, Exponential Smoothing, VAR)
• Deliver GenAI solutions using standard RAG models and frameworks
• Develop advanced text analytics and NLP solutions (e.g., Topic Modeling)
• Utilize AWS suite for data science and ML tools
• Build predictive models using ML algorithms like SVM, Random Forest, Neural Network, Logistic Regression, K-means, CatBoost, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure
• Understand data platforms and data engineering processes
• Exposure to chatbot development and automation technologies

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or
• 9+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years in a leadership role in projects/programs
