Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Manager Customer Service and Aftermarket, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The individual will oversee customer service operations, develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and lead initiatives to improve aftersales processes. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer support teams, addressing client concerns, analyzing customer feedback to drive improvements, and ensuring seamless delivery of post-sales services. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain high service standards and develop long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends, solving problems, and improving service processes
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and build strong client relationships
- Leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring customer service teams
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with relevant industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications will be advantageous
