Sr. Manager - CRM

Role Snapshot:

Own CRM systems and lead lifecycle governance

Key Responsibilities:

CRM (Analytics CRM)

Implement and manage CRM platforms

Ensure data hygiene and lead routing

Define stages, SLAs, and reporting

Align marketing, presales, and sales KPIs: Lead leakage, conversion rates, CRM

adoption

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Business or IT

813 years in CRM management

Strong process and sales alignment skills

Reporting To:

Group Chief Business Strategy Officer EBG Group

Working Days & Timings:

Monday to Saturday (6 days a week), 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Reporting Office:

EBG Group Central Office, Hitech City Area, Hyderabad

Salary Package:

15 LPA 25 LPA (CTC), based on experience and past achievements
