Job Description

Job Title: Senior Manager – Corporate Partnerships

Department: Development Office

Reporting To: Director / Dy. Director – Development Office

Location: BML Munjal University, Gurugram

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager – Corporate Partnerships will drive institutional fundraising and external engagement by building and managing strategic relationships with corporates, CSR foundations, and institutional donors.

The role combines fundraising, business development, and partnership management, with a strong focus on pipeline creation, revenue generation, and long-term donor stewardship.

Key Objectives:

• Build and expand a strong pipeline of corporate and institutional donors

• Drive CSR and partnership-led fundraising aligned with BMU priorities

• Increase revenue through multi-year partnerships, grants, and sponsorships

• Strengthen BMU's visibility across corporate and philanthropic ecosystems

• Ensure high-quality donor engagement and long-term stewardship

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Fundraising & Pipeline Development:

• Identify and prioritize CSR donors, corporates, and foundations

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities

• Secure meetings with senior corporate leaders and CSR heads

Corporate Partnerships & Revenue Generation:

• Cultivate and close CSR partnerships, sponsorships, and funding opportunities

• Align university programs with CSR priorities

• Drive revenue through grants, partnerships, and collaborations

• Track conversion rates and revenue targets

Proposal Development & Donor Engagement:

• Develop proposals, pitch decks, and impact reports

• Present proposals to donors and stakeholders

• Customize engagement strategies for key donors

Relationship Management & Stewardship:

• Manage relationships with key corporate partners

• Ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction

• Implement donor stewardship and recognition programs

Outreach & Networking:

• Represent BMU at industry forums and CSR platforms

• Build institutional visibility and networks

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with academic, marketing, and leadership teams

• Align institutional strengths with partnership opportunities

Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain CRM records

• Track KPIs including pipeline, revenue, and conversions

• Report performance to leadership

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred)

• 5–7 years of experience in fundraising, CSR, or partnerships

• Proven track record of achieving targets

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in higher education

• Familiarity with CSR landscape in India

• CRM experience
