Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for digital marketing and IT services across international markets (primarily the US and Canada).
  • Develop and execute advanced sales strategies, pitch frameworks, and go-to-market plans
  • for high-value clients.
  • Leverage deep understanding of digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, ORM, Programmatic, etc.) to consult and sell effectively.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow-ups with prospects.
  • Lead client discussions, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify new market trends, partnership opportunities, and expansion areas to maximize revenue potential.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, webinars, and industry forums to strengthen market visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1. 5+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing/IT services domain.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and a target-driven approach with a history of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to influence decision- makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities and long sales cycles.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Programmatic, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
