Position: Sr Manager - Branding & Communications
Position Purpose
The role holder is responsible for building, shaping, and future-proofing the Athulya brand as a trusted eldercare ecosystem.
This role focuses on brand meaning, credibility, recall, and long-term market positioning and influence — position Athulya as a leader in senior care, geriatric hospitals, home based care and ageing solutions, working on what the brand must stand for tomorrow and beyond.
Job Specifications
Experience
10–12 years in branding, communication, PR roles with strong strategic exposure
Background
Experience in building brands; healthcare/hospitality experience is a plus
Exposure
Brand architecture, media strategy, content leadership and ecosystem building
Key Responsibilities
A. Brand Strategy & Positioning
· Define and evolve Athulya's brand identity, purpose, and narrative across all touchpoints.
· Build a clear positioning as an eldercare ecosystem (not just a service provider).
· Lead long-term brand architecture including sub-brands, services, and offerings.
B. Ecosystem Brand Building
· Establish Athulya as a thought leader in ageing, geriatric care, and assisted living.
· Build partnerships with institutions, communities, and influencers aligned with eldercare.
· Create platforms (events, forums, content series) that strengthen brand relevance.
C. Public Relations & Reputation Management
· Lead PR strategy — media relations, press coverage, and reputation building.
· Build strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and industry bodies.
· Drive consistent visibility in credible, high-impact platforms.
D. Content, Communication & Storytelling
· Build a powerful storytelling engine around care, impact, residents, and outcomes.
· Coordinate for content strategy across digital, print, video, and social platforms.
· Create high-quality thought leadership content (whitepapers, insights, narratives).
E. Brand Experience & Consistency
· Define brand experience guidelines across care centres, hospitals, home care, and digital interfaces.
· Ensure consistency in visual identity, communication, and resident/family experience.
· Collaborate with operations to embed brand into on-ground experience delivery.
F. Future Brand & Innovation
· Identify emerging trends in ageing, healthcare, and lifestyle branding.
· Shape the brand for future services, markets, and expansion models.
· Drive brand-led innovation initiatives that strengthen differentiation.
