Job Summary
The
Senior Manager Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement will lead end-to-end recruitment strategies and employee engagement initiatives for the BPO operations. The role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring timely hiring to meet business demands, and creating programs that enhance employee experience, retention, and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end recruitment for bulk and lateral hiring across BPO operations.
Develop
recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets and reduce turnaround time (TAT).
Manage
campus hiring, job portals, vendor partnerships, and referral programs.
Oversee recruitment team performance and ensure hiring quality metrics are met.
Implement
data-driven recruitment practices and track KPIs like TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
Partner with operations leaders to understand workforce planning and manpower requirements.
Ensure smooth onboarding and candidate experience.
Design and implement
employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
Conduct
engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback sessions to improve employee satisfaction.
Plan and execute
employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Work with HR and operations teams to address
employee concerns and improve retention.
Develop programs to strengthen
organizational culture and employee morale.
Partner with
operations leaders, HRBPs, and business heads to align recruitment and engagement strategies with business goals.
Manage external vendors and recruitment partners.
Track and analyze
recruitment and engagement metrics.
Present
MIS reports and insights to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement based on analytics and feedback.
Required Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in
Human Resources or related field.
812 years of HR experience, with significant exposure to
BPO/Contact Center hiring.
Minimum
35 years in a leadership role managing TA teams and engagement initiatives.
